Techport SME Innovation accelerator, part 2
The series of workshops are specially intended for companies active in the manufacturing and maintenance industry and are organized by Techport and Innomics in collaboration with Rabobank and GO!-NH.
The 'Innovation Accelerator' consists of three meetings in which theories and methods of innovation are made concrete and practical for your company. You will work with relevant assignments and cases, such as providing insight into the business model and making it future-proof (using the Business Model Canvas). All assignments and cases can be applied directly to your own innovations.
The theme of the edition on January 19, 2022: Exploring the customer's problem through interviews and experiments. You will hear the theory about customer development (Customer Development). And you will start with the development of an experiment to be performed (Experiment Design).
