Only a few days left for the Offshore Wind Accelerator Tender
Call for entries from companies and consortia interested to undertake a study looking to evaluate the potential technologies for reducing emissions and fuel consumption that are suitable or show potential to be used in offshore-wind vessels safely. The closing date to receive tender submissions is 12:00 GMT 16th August 2018.

In order to implement these technologies an understanding of the necessary infrastructure is required. The objective for the assessment part of the project is to understand the current and future technologies applicable for offshore wind vessels; for example electric, hybrid-electric, LNG hybrid-electric, or hydrogen fuel cell hybrid-electric propelled vessels and determine what their potential is for meeting the objectives.
