DroneHub GAE is a knowledge, innovation and development center for drones with civil applications.
All kinds of payloads and sensors are part of the technical and practical application purposes. Together with Groningen Airport Eelde, DroneHub GAE wants to become the first European test location for the full integration of drones in regular air traffic. (Inter)national contacts ensure that the DroneHub is seen as a natural and reliable sparring partner.
In the DroneHub GAE, companies, knowledge institutions and governments work together to develop, facilitate and explore innovative solutions in the field of drones. In addition, connections and crossovers are actively made to boost and accelerate the new drone economy. The aim is to remove obstacles for drone applications, creating employment in start-ups and scale-ups. Parties that can strengthen this initiative are welcome to join.
