Final of the 2nd edition next week is postponed!
Due to unforeseen circumstances, the Offshore Wind Innovation finals Thursday 12th of September has been postponed to the 9th of December.
We hope to welcome you on Monday the 9th of December at the DOB-Academy in Delft, from 15.00 – 18.00, to witness a diverse evening from candidates showing many innovative ideas for the Wind Energy Sector!
During this afternoon, the final candidates of the third Offshore Wind Innovation Edition will pitch their solutions for:
1. the development of CO2 neutral vessels (CTVs or SOVs)
2. an optimal design of nossels for pressure control of the bubbles to reduce noise emissions under water while piling
3. an optimal design to make oyster racks applicable in offshore wind farms.
And also the final candidates from edition 2 with the challenge of Finding a tool to measure the tension in bolts, will pitch their ideas in front of Deutsche Wind Technik.
The Third edition of the Challenge is now open for candidates till 17th of October.
